- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive forces and paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning models for complex futures, informing executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to prototype and scale transformative concepts
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and their market disruption potential
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
