Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives from ideation to market deployment, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors to pioneer emerging technologies
- Create executive-level strategic briefings and roadmaps communicating future opportunities and risks
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops using design thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing practices and adaptive innovation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams and managing R&D portfolios valued at $50M+
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
