Responsibilities

- Develop and publish quarterly futures intelligence reports with strategic recommendations

- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Curate and lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging market opportunities
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal transformation (e.g., AI ethics, climate tech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation initiatives
