Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast industry trajectories through 2030
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify high-impact innovation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Partner with R&D and product teams to incubate and accelerate future-focused projects
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish key innovation metrics to track progress and measure strategic impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing implications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
