Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead executive workshops on innovation adoption and future-proofing business models
- Author high-impact foresight reports for C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Design and implement organizational foresight capabilities for client enterprises
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Build and manage a global network of domain experts and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executives
