Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to anticipate technology and market trends through 2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and roadmaps
- Curate and analyze complex datasets from AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders through immersive storytelling and data visualization
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Mentor internal teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
