Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and business strategy roadmaps
- Present future scenarios to investors and clients to secure buy-in for transformative initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, reports)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in dynamic startup or corporate environments
