Responsibilities
- Architect and implement multi-year strategic foresight frameworks identifying disruptive trends through 2026+
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with global research institutions and tech incubators to capture bleeding-edge insights
- Develop quantitative and qualitative models to assess future market risks and opportunities
- Present executive-level strategic briefings translating complex foresight data into clear directives
- Build and mentor an elite innovation task force driving prototyping and rapid experimentation
- Integrate sustainability and ethical AI principles into all future-planning processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic impact modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
