- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological, social, and economic shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership on future trends to stakeholders
- Architect corporate innovation pipeline aligning with 2026 strategic objectives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or innovation frameworks
