Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting our industry by 2026
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Champion human-centered design principles in all innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to incubate next-generation solutions
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation and foresight capabilities organization-wide
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Track record of successfully launching disruptive products or services
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-level executives
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or thought leadership
