Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting global markets
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Present trend forecasts to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation consultants
- Author white papers on emerging paradigms in automation and human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Delphi method or horizon scanning frameworks
