Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for complex future challenges
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and product development pipelines
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging methodologies like systems thinking and scenario planning
- Present compelling future narratives to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology development
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience leading high-stakes strategic workshops
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched in complex environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent experience
