At Nexus Horizons, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and venture partners to identify paradigm shifts in technology, sustainability, and human behavior. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational evolution in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-machine interaction to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into 18-36 month roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and present trend briefings to global stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable innovation or business journals
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformation initiatives
