Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ strategic innovation framework
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, societal, and economic domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops and scenario planning sessions
- Establish KPIs to track innovation impact and future-readiness metrics
- Represent the organization at global forums on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling abilities
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Foresight, Strategy, Engineering)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation
