Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, & horizon scanning
- Proven track record of executing large-scale transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, & societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
