Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models and strategic roadmaps that anticipate and prepare for multi-year market evolutions
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-forward insights into innovation pipelines
- Present executive briefings translating complex foresight data into actionable business decisions
- Establish cross-functional future-proofing frameworks for organizational resilience
- Monitor global megatrends and geopolitical shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Author thought leadership publications positioning the organization as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with ability to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 organizations
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) highly desirable
