Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and consumer behavior patterns to identify opportunities for 2026
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state vision and execution priorities
- Conduct horizon scanning and publish quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs targeting 2026 market needs
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects
