As a key member of our Futures Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to decode emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions. Your insights will shape multi-year strategic plans that balance innovation with practical execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Conduct scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce quarterly future-state briefings on disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional strategy implementation projects
- Author thought leadership content published in industry journals
- Maintain proprietary trend database with predictive analytics
- Advain on organizational resilience and future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future strategy
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
