Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework for emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize global trends into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents and risk assessments for Board-level stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term market evolution
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' impact on revenue growth and market position
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists to build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, biotechnology, or climate tech disruption analysis
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level strategic sessions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
