Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Deliver high-impact presentations to C-suite stakeholders on future market dynamics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy on future-proof initiatives
- Monitor and report on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
