Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-oriented decision-making
- Produce trend reports and horizon-scanning briefs for executive and investor audiences
- Design innovation pipelines for emerging business models in circular economies
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning work
- Expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
