- Partner with R&D to validate future concepts and accelerate prototyping

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools and foresight frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi)
