Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for black swan events
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with 2026+ planning experience
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certificate in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Finland Futures Research Centre)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, industry journals)
