- Analyze emerging trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks mapping 2026+ market transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating breakthrough technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex insights
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight work with measurable outcomes
