Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, geopolitics, and economics
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market transformations
- Design innovation pipelines for next-gen products and services
- Author thought leadership publications and executive reports
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical thinking
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech disruption patterns
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Foresight, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio of published future-shaping work
