Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends relevant to 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Author high-impact foresight reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Design and maintain proprietary forecasting models using AI-driven analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite clients at industry conferences and board meetings
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy (whitepapers, journals)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight organizations) preferred
