- Develop strategic frameworks for product roadmaps aligned with 3-5 year future horizons
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate concepts
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic initiatives' impact on 2026 business outcomes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
