Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Develop and publish annual Future Impact Reports for executive decision-making
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for 2026-2030 market transformations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation products and services
- Represent InnovateHorizon at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or Sociology
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of published trend analysis or white papers
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and backcasting frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
