Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Author executive-level trend briefings and innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate strategic workshops with C-suite executives on future scenario planning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Drive innovation pipeline development with 3-5 year foresight horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications (e.g., Futures Journal)
- Experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Strong network connections within global futurist and innovation communities
