Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging market opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-state business models and customer experiences
- Quantify strategic impact through predictive analytics and simulation modeling
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futures research or strategic innovation
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with Fortune 500 clients
