- Author thought leadership reports for C-suite and investor audiences
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Represent company at industry conferences and futurist forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation domains
- Ability to translate complex concepts into strategic roadmaps
