Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to develop 2026+ strategic frameworks
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-oriented innovation priorities
- Identify and mitigate disruption risks across product development and market positioning
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives' impact on long-term competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-oriented initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
