Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, AGI)
- Produce scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and resource optimization
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on technological singularity or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy decisions
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, CFS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
