- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Produce actionable foresight reports with measurable impact metrics
- Partner with R&D to validate future-facing innovations
- Monitor global signals and disruptors through proprietary horizon-scanning systems
- Present strategic narratives to drive organizational alignment and decision-making
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and their societal impacts
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend-mapping tools
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
