Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision for emerging technologies and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing next-generation solutions for AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with innovation hubs, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Quantify market potential and ROI for futuristic initiatives using advanced analytics
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 or innovative startups
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
