- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, biotech convergence) and synthesize actionable intelligence for 2026+ horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof innovation priorities
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure strategic foresight ROI and market adaptation agility
- Pioneer Horizon's Future Intelligence Lab, producing trend reports and predictive models
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with 2026 societal needs
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's required)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning with proven impact in tech, sustainability, or policy
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, weak signal detection)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI trajectories)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., MFSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ societal or technological transformation
