Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-year strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness strategies
- Produce forward-looking reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs from global innovation ecosystems
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures
- Published thought leadership on future trends
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
