Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 3-5 year horizons
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational structures
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers that influence industry discourse
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
