Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies through 2026 (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing exponential change
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
- Facilitate C-suite strategy workshops on next-generation workforce models
- Build and mentor a cross-functional futurist research team
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, biotech, space)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2030 technology impact predictions
- Fluency in at least one future modeling tool (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience with climate-tech or neurotech ecosystems preferred
