Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and market shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2028
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience, AI governance, and post-human workforce evolution
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping radical business models and customer experiences
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board with data-driven trend impact assessments
- Build global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for continuous intelligence gathering
- Architect Innovation Roadmap 2026-2030 with KPIs for adoption, ROI, and competitive positioning
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused C-suite role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or societal transformation
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into $50M+ commercial initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio of future-ready products/services launched since 2020
