- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish global intelligence network with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present strategic scenarios to the board with quantified impact assessments
- Author thought leadership publications positioning our industry for 2026 challenges
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and geopolitical megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leader in futurism or adjacent discipline
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful strategic foresight projects
