Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports and trend briefings
- Advise product development teams on future-proof innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into measurable KPIs and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in futures studies or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making
