Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to identify 2026 opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and disruption assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Present strategic foresight to boards and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of predicting and preparing for technological disruptions
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
