Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision implementation
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry thought leaders
- Monitor horizon scanning metrics to validate predictive models and adjust strategies
- Represent InnovateNext at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning with 3+ years in futurism/forecasting roles
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial innovation initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented strategy implementation
