Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-focused investments
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology adoption curves
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and visual storytelling capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite on transformational strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE analysis)
