Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology implications (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and think tanks to access proprietary foresight data
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and operational transformation initiatives
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and adaptive strategy development
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles at tech-forward organizations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists preferred)
