- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets and industries
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation initiatives with future-proof roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
