Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports and predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market gaps
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend forecasting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong command of quantitative/qualitative research tools (Python, Tableau, ethnographic research)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
