Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing disruptive trends across 15+ industries
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenario Planning' workshops with 50+ stakeholders quarterly
- Establish strategic partnerships with 20+ emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present futures intelligence to Fortune 500 executive boards and investor summits
- Design and launch 'Innovation Acceleration Programs' for high-impact technologies
- Author white papers and keynote speeches at global tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
- Mentain real-time 'Early Warning System' for geopolitical and technological black swan events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio of published forecasts required)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Global network of 100+ futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
