Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly foresight reports with data-driven predictions and scenario planning
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with long-term objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in emerging technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trends
